Another elected Democrat acknowledges part of the truth

Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) acknowledges to a constituent that there is no constitutional authority for the government to take over health care. And then tries to obfuscate and confuse the issue with some bombast and an intellectually dishonest and incoherent comment about telephones.

In the wonderful Davy Crockett story "Not Yours To Give," Crockett is told by a constituent that "you have not capacity to understand the Constitution, or that you are wanting in the honesty and firmness to be guided by it." We now know that for Mark Warner, the latter is true.
