Gabe Malor has 192 "Yes" and 28 "Maybe," out of which Pelosi and Obama need to convince 24 to get to 116.

Byron York has it at 209 "No", 204 "Yes" and 18 "Maybe."

I'd love to say "whoever gets to 216 first wins!" But it's not that simple. The fact is, Pelosi gets to decide when to vote. If, at any point in time, she gets 216 "Yes" voters, she calls a vote and wins.

I hope that she won't, but this will not be voted down - there won't be a vote until they've got the 216. The President's signature will be on it 20 minutes later, and we'll regret it for a long, long time. Sin in haste, repent in leisure?
