• Betsy's Page - Betsy Newmark is a high school history teacher in North Carolina, and it shows in her posts. Lots of good links and commentary.


• Baseball Musings - David Pinto, for 10 years the lead researcher for ESPN's Baseball Tonight, has commentary on all of the baseball issues of the day, as well as a fabulous front-end to the Retrosheet data in his invaluable day-by-day database.


• Patrick Ruffini - Patrick was the webmaster for the Bush-Cheney 2004 campaign. Good political connections, good links.


• Right Wing News - More great links from the right half of the blogosphere from John Hawkins.


• RealClearPolitics - More of a news aggregation site than a blog, RealClearPolitics links to all of the important opinion pieces around the country on a daily basis. Another invaluable site.


• The Anchoress - The first place I look for Catholic-related issues, good commentary on everything else, too...
